First Ha Noi Type 06361 submarine spotted in Svetly, Kaliningrad region

Vietnam is to receive 6 Type 06 361 (06 361 проект) submarines by the end of 2016.

The first submarine of the series, Ha Noi, will be Passed over to Vietnam Naval Forces in August 2013
