The first planning conference of the International FRUKUS year 2013 took place in Paris on Tuesday. Representatives of marine Russian, French, British and U.S. attended the conference.
The Russian delegation was led by the head coach of the Baltic Fleet, Captain 1st rank Valerie Horun. The participants discussed the concept, organization, planning, major phases FRUKUS, exercise areas and vessels participants.
The main planning conference in March and will link the conference final in May. The year 2013 will FRUKUS place off the French coast.
In recent years, the exercise took place in different regions of the Atlantic (France in 2009, Britain in 2010 and the United States in 2011).
