Two takeover bids for the Skylander aircraft

The Commercial Court Briey studied at camera two takeover bids of Lorraine Skylander aircraft.Deliberation is expected Thursday.

A surprise awaited Skylander employees Monday morning, February 4 at the court hearing of Commerce Briey (Meurthe-et-Moselle). A takeover offer made by the French Lionel Potron, majority shareholder of Hong Kong Aero Technology Group Corporation, has added a new proposal from the group Yantai Taihai. "Staff representatives had never heard of this project, we discovered at the hearing. Both offers include the recovery of the 143 remaining employees, but no investor has made money yet," said Nathalie Hannis spokesman CFE-GCE company.

Backed Catic Avic, leader of aviation in China, Yantai envisages the construction of 50 aircraft in Lorraine and another 50 in China. In this case, Taihai redeem Reims Aviation, a subsidiary of Aviation Geci holds Skylander. The group's leader, Serge Bitboul, which appears to be associated with the project, in this case could hope to recoup.
