The Falcon 50 bows out


Under a bright winter sun, the Falcon 50 flew for the last time Tuesday, January 16, 2013 at 10:30 Airbase 107 Villacoublay.

After takeoff from Orly Airport, the aircraft made its final flight in the Air Force and joined Bordeaux to be turned in favor of the Navy.

After 32 years of loyal service, it totals nearly 70,000 flight hours in the transport squadron, training and calibration (ETEC), in the transport of high authorities of the State, well evacuations and repatriations.


The squadron now has, among others, two Falcon 2000, two Falcon 7X Falcon 900 and two to carry out its missions.
